Dennis Newkirk

Dennis Newkirk has served as senior pastor of Henderson Hills Baptist Church, a 5500-member congregation in Edmond, Oklahoma, since 1992.  He and his wife, Marcia, have three married sons and six grandchildren. Newkirk has authored Afflictions of the Soul: Learning to Suffer Well; No gods but God: Confronting Our Modern-Day Idolatry; and Glimpses of God’s Glory, a book of photographs from his travels intermixed with devotional writings.
