Ryan Leib is director of Briarwood Soccer Club in Birmingham, Alabama. He has guided hundreds of players and coaches over the course of his career, has won four state championships at Briarwood Christian School, and has played eight years in the United Soccer League—including five years with the Charlotte Eagles in North Carolina.
