Dan Dawson

Dan Dawson is a naval officer and a student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as navigator on a destroyer. He and his wife, Emily, live in Boston. The views expressed are solely his own and do not reflect those of the U.S. Government.
