Kim Colby

Kim Colby is the director of the Christian Legal Society’s Center for Law and Religious Freedom. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Colby has represented religious groups in numerous appellate cases, including two cases heard by the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as dozens of amicus briefs in federal and state courts. She was also involved in the congressional passage of the Equal Access Act in 1984.
