Cohort Description

Join us for a six-week, virtual cohort for women who desire to grow in their ability to share their faith. The Sharing the Gospel in Everyday Life cohort seeks to encourage you in the gospel, equip you to share it with others, and connect you to women who desire to do the same.

With your registration you’ll receive

  • Teaching from Rebecca McLaughlin, Courtney Doctor, Felicity Carswell, Jen Oshman, Sharonda Cooper, and Joanna Kimbrel.
  • Live Q&A with TGC staff members each week.
  • Connection and fellowship with other women in your small group.
  • Free and recommended resources to help you grow.

  • Thursday mornings at 11:00 a.m. ET (8-10 PT; 9-11 MT; 10-12 CT) from October 3– November 14 (with a break on October 31)
  • $199 registration fee *
  • Attend meetings live via Zoom
  • Registration closes September 18th (or as soon as the cohort is full)

Rebecca McLaughlin holds a PhD from Cambridge University and a theology degree from Oak Hill Seminary in London. She is the author of several books, including Confronting Christianity, The Secular Creed, Jesus Through the Eyes of Women, and Does the Bible Affirm Same-Sex Relationships?. Courtney Doctor (MDiv, Covenant Theological Seminary) serves as director of women’s initiatives for The Gospel Coalition. She’s a Bible teacher and author of From Garden to Glory: How Understanding God’s Story Changes Yours (Harvest House, 2024) as well as several Bible studies including In View of God’s Mercies and Behold and Believe. Courtney and her husband, Craig, have four children, three children-in-law, and five beautiful grandchildren. You can follow her on Instagram or find out more at courtneydoctor.org.

Felicity Carswell is from England but currently lives near Chicago with her book-selling husband, Jonathan, along with two young sons, Rufus and Billy. She loves to teach the Bible in her local church and disciple women on a one-to-one basis. She hosts a podcast with her sister called Two Sisters and a Cup of Tea that seeks to chat through the Bible and drive it to the heart.

Jen Oshman has been in women’s ministry for over two decades on three continents. She’s the author of Enough About Me, Cultural Counterfeits, and Welcome. She hosts a weekly podcast about cultural events and trends called All Things, and she’s the mother of four daughters. The family currently resides in Colorado and they planted Redemption Parker, where Jen is the director of women’s ministry.

Sharonda Cooper is a Bible teacher whose passion is evangelism through one-on-one Bible study. She serves women through The Charles Simeon Trust and is a content coordinator of women’s initiatives at The Gospel Coalition. She holds two engineering degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing her MDiv in apologetics and philosophy from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sharonda lives in Texas with her family and enjoys serving on the praise team at their church, Emmaus.

Joanna Kimbrel (MATS, Westminster Theological Seminary) is a Bible teacher, a writer, and the coordinator of women’s initiatives for The Gospel Coalition. She is coauthor of Behold and Believe: A Bible Study on the “I Am” Statements of Jesus and author of The Greatest Hero: The Book of Romans. Joanna and her husband, Chad, have three daughters and are members of Sojourn Community Church in Woodstock, Georgia. You can follow her on Instagram.
