Rufus Smith

Rufus Smith IV is the senior pastor of Hope Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) in Memphis, Tennessee, and co-chair of the EPC Rev. 7:9 Taskforce. Previous roles have included senior pastor of the City of Refuge EPC in Houston, executive director of City of Refuge’s community development center called “The Forge for Families,” and chaplain for the Houston Rockets. In 2016, he founded the Memphis Christian Pastor’s Network (MCPN). He and his wife, Jacqueline, have three adult children.
