David Horner

David Horner (BA, Wake Forest University; MDiv, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary; PhD, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) is founder of Equipped for Life Ministries, former pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Council member emeritus of The Gospel Coalition. He has authored several books, including When Missions Shapes the Mission (B&H) and 7 Challenges Pastors Face (Baker). He and his wife, Cathy, have three grown sons and seven grandchildren.
